Mia's been really talkative lately.. non stop babbling and labeling everything that she sees.. What's funny is her pronunciation and the way she says some words..
1. She can't pronounce the letter "L", so everything that starts with "L" will sound like "Nove" for Love, "Nook" for Look.... "L" is replaced with "N"..
2. She also started putting the word "A" in front of almost every word... Cheese would be "A Cheese", "A Book", "A Key".. so funny..
3. Sometimes she says the word 'Ma' or 'Na' behind some words.. "Ice-creamNa", "AphoneNa"???
As for signing, she started dropping some signs already. Sometimes I do insist that she signs especially when I can't understand what she's saying.. Imagine trying to figure out what she's trying to say with the 3 funny pronunciation style she's developed over the past few days..
"Mei-mei, nook afanna" translation "Mummy, look at the fan"
Oh, I have to remind myself to be careful with what I say when she's around.. I don't 'swear' especially using really 'harsh words' like "F**k", "*S**t", "Pu***a. I normally use Cr*p or Cilaka. I dun even consider that swearing. Is CRAP n CILAKA a bad word?? Anyway, I ter-accidentally said "C**p" and "S**t" at two separate occasions. Few seconds later, I hear an echo "CRAP", "S**T" coming from the little one's lips!! Arrrrrrrrrrghh!! DH said, if I wanna 'swear', use words like "Basketball" or something??? Maybe I should..
