How to make a dream book
Dream book?? Just a few years ago, lots of ppl think that making a dream book is kinda childish or a waste of time (and magazines) until the release of "The Secret"... When d DVD/Book was released, i must say that... watching it made me a little teary especially towards the end of the movie.. from there onwards, many2 more books on law of attraction, visualization etc starts popping everywhere like popcorns..
Here's some books that i have that talks a lot abt the law of attraction: The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind, Creative Visualization, What To Say When U Talk To Yourself, etc etc
I'm not sure if u're a 'believer', but i am. It all started when I was abt 19years old.. i was listening to the radio.. then d radio host mentioned something abt making a list of our New Year's Resolutions.. What I want to have, What I want to give, What I want to be, What I want to do.. I can't find my 1993's NY's resolution, but i do have the original copy of my 1998-2000's resolution (pls dun laugh k... uhuhuhuh.. embarrassing nie).
Anyway, before i post the list, here's a "HOW TO MAKE A DREAM BOOK" instruction (my version). U can surf the net for more ideas.
1. Set aside some personal time to reflect life/future
2. Start making a dream/wish list (aim for at least 100 items)
Things u want to have/own, Places/ppl u want to visit, What type of person you want to become or be known for, How u want to spend your time, Charities u want to give to etc
3. Organize & prioritize your list
4. Use pictures to represent each items and paste them in your dream book/vision board
5. Additional step: start checking out your dream by window shopping/test driving etc

In my next post, i'll show u how my dreambook looks like..

Call me crazy or a teenager at heart
Being a Twilight fan, i really think i should dedicate at least 1 post to talk abt how obsessed I am with Edward Cullen. Ok, maybe I'm becoming sot-sot already.. Am i?? Anyway, i'll jus write this down so that when I'm "Over" being obsessed wit him, i can read this again and laugh at myself.. (bear in mind, i used to be obsessed with Orlando Bloom @ LOTR, Keanu Reeves @ Matrix and Jude Law).

I've read all the Twilight Saga books - Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn and the partial copy of Midnight Sun (in less than 2 weeks). I love all of them!! xoxoxoxoxoxox
I've also ordered "Twilight: The Complete Illustrated Movie Companion" thru acmamall.. tapi blum sampai lagi.. (i ordered it last year in Dec - will take approx 6-8 weeks to be delivered) I hope it will come soon.. I can't wait!!! But what I'm really looking fwd to is the DVD (extended edition) which will be released on 21Mar09.. I didn't get the chance to watch the movie in the cinema (paham2 la klu ada baby susah sikit mau p tinguk wayang).. So, my only exposure to the movie is thru DVD (pirated punya lor..). So, everybody looks kinda reddish/greyish.. DH said Edward looks like he's wearing make-up (lipstick)...
So, here's some of my fav photos of Edward Cullen n d rest of the Cullens (thank god he doesn't look like a lobster in these photos).

Books that helped me a lot

Just wanted to share with new mummies out there.. When i was pregger with Mia, I watched CH733 Discovery Health a lot.... (from 6wks onwards i was feeling nauseated all the time, so the TV and pregnancy books was my only companion - "Pregnancy & Birth - Dr Miriam Stoppard). After i gave birth, "What to expect - the 1st year" and "What to expect - the toddler years" became my fav book. I highly recommend these 2 books to all mummies (and daddies) out there.
