When I was preggers with Mia, I gained abt 20kg!!! Arrrrgghhhh!!! My whole life, I've never reached 55kg until i got pregnant.. I was 74kg just b4 i delivered Mia.. I actually had a very bad case of water retention starting from 5th mth of the pregnancy. My legs were swollen!! Luckily by the end of the confinement period, I've lost 13kg. So what's happening to the remaining 7kg??
As of today, i still haven't reached my target weight of 50kg.. I'm only 155cm tall ba, so to look fabulous, i need to achieve that weight. I've been going to the gym for the past few months (1x-3x a week). I know I'll probably never reach 50kg.. so I've set a more achieveable goal for me... I have a weighing scale that also measures body fat, muscle mass & water plus overall weight. My goal is to achieve less than 22% body fat.
DH gave me a Samsung MP3 player for my bday last nov.. and it's been a 'must have' item for me when i go to the gym.. suddenly last nite, cannot play music... huhuhuhuh.. i stayed up till 2am trying to figure out what's wrong with it.. Today i went to the gym.. terpaksa i use my old mp3 player; 256MB only the memory.. punyalah sedih.. the samsung's memory size is 1GB = MORE songs!! So, will have to hantar the samsung for service la... i hope it's gonna be ok:-(
